Snow Globe Ornament Workshop

Create two beautiful Christmas Ornaments for yourself or as a gift. Choose from vintage, rustic and farmhouse themed images and then, using the Snow Globe Mould by IOD, learn how to layer, paint and embellish the moulds to make a uniquely-you ornament. The moulds will be made using the Mix2Mold Ceramic Resin that allows you to create a ceramic mold without the need for a kiln! The result will be two ornaments you will treasure for years to come. You will also have the option to make one of your ornaments a standing decor piece.

In addition, you’ll also go home with the popular Snow Globe Mould by IOD (a $42 value) and some great new skills.

What You’ll Learn:

IOD Mould Technique - learn how to use IOD Moulds and how to enhance them with paints and glazes. You’ll be using the Mix 2 Mold Ceramic Resin which is a new product that allows you to create ceramic products without the need for a kiln!

Layering Techniques - Learn how to layer moulds so you can create even more interesting and unique projects. We’ll also be using Gold Metallic Shimmer by Farmhouse Paints and you’ll learn how easy the product is to use to add some vintage texture to your projects.

Things you need to know:

The class is non-refundable but if you find you are unable to attend you can transfer your registration to a friend or family member.

Wear clothes that you don’t mind spilling paint on. The paint washes off easily, but better safe than sorry.

The class will last approximately 2.5 hours. Feel free to bring a snack and a drink. We do have a vending machine (coin only) for sweet and salty snacks.
