  • What are your hours? We are open seven days a week: Monday – 
    Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Closed December 25-26 and December 31 and January 1.
  • Where does the furniture come from? Our furniture comes from around the world – literally. We source our one-of-a-kind pieces from Canada, the United States, Mexico, Indonesia and China to name a few. But no matter where it comes from our priority is to source heirloom quality furniture and décor items that will make your house a home.
  • Will my furniture piece look exactly like the picture online or in store? The quick answer is no, but for a couple of reasons. Because of the variances in wood, your piece will be unique to you, unless you are buying the in-stock model. If you are comparing your piece of furniture to an online photo, differences in monitors and their settings will produce a variance in color. We strive to use images that are as close to realistic as possible.
  • What kind of wood is your furniture made of? Every piece of furniture is different. Throughout the store you will find pieces hand-crafted from 100 year old barn wood from the north eastern United States, authentic wine barrels, and hand-distressed maple. There are so many one-of-a kind pieces you just have to come into the store and view all of the options for yourself!
  • Do you do custom furniture? While you can’t customize everything you see in the store, we work with many vendors who are able to create a piece specific for your home. Choose the fabric for your new loveseat, or the size of table you need for that hard-to-fit corner of your kitchen. We would be pleased to help you create the perfect furniture piece for you.
  • If I order a piece of furniture – how long until I get it? When you order a custom piece of furniture, it will typically take 6-8 weeks to arrive at our showroom. This time of course can be variable. Each supplier is different and we will do our best to let your know as accurately as we can at the point of purchase when you can expect your furniture. When it arrives we will ensure it has arrived in perfect condition, and then call you to arrange pick up or delivery to your home. We can arrange for shipping from our store to your home or cabin for a reasonable rate!
  • What size of stool do I need? A question we get all the time! If you have a 36" high counter or table you need a 24" high seat (commonly called a Counter Height Stool). If you have a 42" high counter or table you need a 30" high seat (commonly called Bar Stool). 
  • Do you have sales? We strive to give you the best price – all year long – so we don’t typically have “sales” like our competitors. However each year we discount a number of floor models to make more space in our showroom to find even more unique pieces. Click here to be included on our mailing list to be sure you don’t miss it!
  • How much to ship furniture to my home? We have shipped across Canada and shipping costs vary depending on your proximity to our store. We will work with you to find the most cost-effective and safest method to get your furniture to your home. We have local delivery company that can also deliver to your home within Southern Alberta.
  • How do I register for a workshop? Click on the Creative Workshops link in the main menu and then Take a Class. Find the class you want and follow the steps.
  • Where do you hold your workshops? Our workshops are held in our store just 3km north of Airdrie on the Dickson Stevenson Trail. 
  • What should I wear to a workshop? Wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit dirty. You will be doing some painting and sanding! Bring along a snack or something to drink as well.
  • How long does a workshop last? A typical workshop will last 2-3 hours.
  • Can I set up a wedding registry with you? Of course! We would be thrilled to be a part of your special day. Admittedly we are not as "fancy" as some of the bigger retailers in this process but we can help you share your farmhouse and rustic wishes with your friends and family. Please make an appointment so we can have everything ready for you.
  • What is your Return Policy? You can return décor and furniture items to the store within 14 days with receipt, unless otherwise noted on your receipt. With respect to the furniture, we go to great lengths to ensure the piece you ordered is exactly what you wanted, however any furniture piece that was ordered is a final sale. If we have shipped to you, or you have made your purchase via our website, you have 21 days to return it to the store. You can of course return it in person. Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
