Return Policy
- What is your In-Store Return Policy? You can return décor and furniture items to the store within 14 days with receipt, unless otherwise noted. Refunds will be processed to same tender as original form of payment.
Some items and things to note regarding this policy include:
Special Order Furniture: We go to great lengths to ensure the furniture or home décor you ordered is exactly what you wanted. However, any ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless under warranty. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Sale & Clearance Items: Any sale or clearance items are considered a final sale. Workshop tickets (classes): All workshops are non-refundable. A workshop can however be transferred to another customer.
Seasonal Décor Items: All décor items are unable to be exchanged 24 hours before the holiday. Final Day for Christmas and Holiday décor is December 24. Final day for Fall Décor is October 30. Items must be returned with tags intact and with original packaging.
Gift Cards – All gift cards or gift certificates are ineligible for return or refund.
- Returns with store credit or gift receipt? Returns with a gift receipt or store credit will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
- Cash & Cheque Refunds: Refunds over $100 (other than those refunded in the form of a Store Credit) will be issued as a company cheque and mailed to you (may take up to 14 business days).
- What is your Online Return Policy? If you have had an item shipped to you from our website you have 21 days to return it to the store. It must be returned in resalable condition. We will refund you the cost of the item only. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The item may be exchanged. Again please note that any ordered items and workshops are considered a final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. Please also note items listed above. - Online Return Refund & Processing? Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment with shipping and handling fees deducted. All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package. Please refer to Return and Exchange Details above.
- Price Adjustments? No products either in store or online are eligible for price matching or price adjustments.
- Taxes & Duties? Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When checking out, applicable sales tax will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and shipping charges. You are responsible for any taxes and duties charged. If we are made aware that duties will be charged we will do our best to notify you.
