Dark Wax can be used to seal your entire project for a dark finish.
Clear Wax will seal your project with a smooth clear finish.
Black Wax can be used to enhance the details and create depth. Mix the white and black wax together to create a grey wax.
White Wax can be used on raw wood as a white wash or on any APC paint colours. Use the white wax to soften the paint colour. Mix the white and black wax together to create a grey wax.
Surfaces: The wax is recommended as a sealer for your fine furniture such as a china cabinet or other indoor furniture that will not see a lot of 'wear and tear'.
How To Use: Wax should be applied in a thin, even coat with a brush or lint-free cloth. Wipe away the excess wax left on your furniture. The surface should then be thoroughly buffed with a dry cloth or buffing brush after 2-4 hours. For an even harder finish, the wax can be rebuffed 2-4 days after the initial buffing. This product requires several weeks to fully cure. Freshly waxed surfaces should be kept free of moisture and heavy use traffic for 1 week minimum.
Suggested Products: We recommend applying your wax with our Vintiquities Wax Brushes. To speed up the buffing process and for larger projects, use our buffing brush that attaches to your drill.
